I am Lorie-Ann Brown, M.S., LCPC, CEO/Founder of Release and Govern Therapeutic Services, LLC. I attended Capella University where I graduated with honors in Clinical Counseling psychology with a specialization in Clinical Psychology.

I pride myself in learning all I can within the field of psychology and even how to expand in research and on various theories. I am currently focusing on trauma therapy, family and individual therapy to better serve clients. I have been working in the field of psychology for over 7 years and have found it to be a deep passion of mine for the long haul. Humbly, I already have success rates with clients while working as a PRP worker and counselor. I am well-versed in PRP and Maryland's COMAR regulations and how to effectively train upcoming counselors and those freshly starting in the field of psychology. This I truly enjoy.

I wear many hats and seem to be adding on more yearly. I've been the Program Director of a successful PRP program, am CEO of Umbrella Ministries, LLC which can be found at https://www.umbrellaministries31.org and Founder of a non-profit Finding Hope Umbrella, Inc which can be found here https://www.findinghopeinc.org/

In my spare time I enjoy traveling with my family and learning new things; I mostly enjoy traveling to different states and countries. I have developed an interest in learning about new cultures, their foods and history, which definitely helps with my love of travel.

The greatest passion of mine, however, is working with you!
